Lean Systems is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Odoo Functional Consultant / Project Manager.
About Us
We are a growing Odoo implementation and development company helping businesses streamline operations with tailored ERP solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a full-time, Odoo Functional Consultant / Project Manager who will take ownership of client projects and play a key role in our company`s growth.
Your Role
You will be the bridge between our clients and technical team, responsible for ensuring smooth and successful Odoo implementations. This role combines functional consulting (understanding client needs, configuring Odoo) and project management (leading timelines, communication, and delivery).
Responsibilities:
** Meet with clients to understand business processes and requirements
** Document workflows and prepare functional specification
** Configure and customize Odoo modules based on client needs
** Manage project timelines, resources, and client communication
** Coordinate with developers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
** Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
** Ensure smooth project go-lives and strong client satisfaction
Requirements:
** 2+ years of experience as an Odoo (or 1C/SAP/Other ERP) Functional Consultant or ERP Project Manager
** Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and managing expectations
** Excellent organizational and communication skills
** Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
Nice to Have
** Previous experience in ERP/IT consulting
** Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
** Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
** Basic technical knowledge of Odoo (Python/SQL)
** Fluent in English
