A Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Dispatch Manager.
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Georgian Time)
Compensation: 2, 400 GEL/month
Position Overview
The Dispatch Manager plays a critical role in coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely service delivery, and supporting business growth in alignment with company objectives. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
** Handle incoming customer calls and schedule repair appointments
** Assigning jobs to technicians based on availability, location, and customer needs
** Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations for optimal efficiency
** Communicate with technicians regarding job updates, part statuses, and service progress
** Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to confirm appointments and collect payments
** Prepare and send invoices, reports, and Certificates of Insurance
** Monitor and respond to emails for updates, requests, and notifications
** Review and update job statuses, close completed jobs, and resolve scheduling conflicts
** Investigate service cancellations and report recurring patterns or concerns
** Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications & Skills:
** Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with appliance repair services, pricing structures, and vendor/technician relationships (Trainings will be provided)
** Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to delivering excellent service while supporting sales and satisfaction goals
** Sales Awareness: Basic sales skills with the ability to support and promote company objectives
** Multitasking Ability: Skilled in managing calls, schedules, and dispatch logistics simultaneously
** Problem-Solving: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions
** Communication: Strong verbal (!!!!) English skills; clear and professional communicator.
** Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and system navigation
** Hardware Requirements: Must have a desktop computer, headset with microphone, and high-speed internet
** Adaptability: Open to new ideas and flexible in approach to challenges
** Execution-Oriented: Focused on achieving goals and completing tasks efficiently
** Team Collaboration: Works well with others and fosters accountability within the team
