Job Summary:
Supports the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operation of the department, ensuring that guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest cleanliness and brand standards. Supervises and motivates the housekeeping team, coordinates shift operations, and ensures guest satisfaction while meeting budget and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
** Supervise daily housekeeping operations and maintain brand standards.
** Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action where needed.
** Coordinate room status updates with Front Office.
** Manage inventory and ensure proper use of supplies and equipment.

** Support staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
** Respond promptly to guest requests and service issues.
** Foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements.
Qualifications:
** High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years` housekeeping or related experience,
OR
** 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
** Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
** Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
