We`re looking for talented Affiliate Team Lead to join our Marketing Department.
Summary:
The Affiliate Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the affiliate marketing team, ensuring all tasks are efficiently distributed, deadlines are met, and performance targets are achieved. This role involves guiding and supporting team members, onboarding newcomers, resolving challenges, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The Affiliate Team Lead will play a key role in maximizing the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and driving business growth through strategic team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coordination
** Distribute work among affiliate team members according to skills, workload, and priorities.
** Set clear deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely task completion.
** Monitor daily operations and address any workflow challenges promptly.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
** Track team performance against KPIs and campaign targets.
** Analyze challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency and results.
** Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Head of Marketing.
Team Development & Support:
** Onboard and train new team members to ensure smooth integration.
** Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
** Create and maintain a healthy, positive, and productive team atmosphere.
Process Optimization:
** Review and improve affiliate workflows, tools, and processes.
** Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
** Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, Media Buying, Community Management, Design) for campaign alignment.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
** 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, supervisory role will be plus.
** Strong understanding of affiliate networks, partner management, and performance-based marketing.
** Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
** Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
** Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
