We are seeking a framework-agnostic Frontend Developer with the ability to build, maintain, and scale high-performance web applications using a variety of modern JavaScript-based ecosystems. The ideal candidate is not tied to a single framework but can confidently adapt across different toolchains and architectures, applying industry-standard best practices to deliver maintainable, scalable solutions.
This role also requires working in an engineering culture that values the principles of Engineering Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Maintain Applications:
** Deliver responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications using the most suitable framework or library for each project (e.g., Vue, Nuxt, SvelteKit, React, or others).
** Abstract & Modularize: Apply framework-agnostic architecture principles—such as service layers, UI component abstractions, and state/data management patterns—that allow code to be portable and maintainable.
** Data Handling: Implement robust client-side data-fetching, caching, and synchronization using tools like TanStack Query or equivalent abstractions.
** Make Informed Decisions: Select frameworks, libraries, and patterns based on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability (Strategic Technical Leadership).
** Deliver Predictably: Manage workload, set realistic timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule (Execution Excellence).
** Collaborate Across Domains: Work closely with design, backend, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of features (Cross-Functional Collaboration).
** Mentor & Guide: Conduct code reviews, lead technical discussions to improve the team`s collective capabilities.
** Optimize & Refine: Continuously improve application performance, and SEO.
** Stay Adaptive: Evaluate emerging tools and technologies, and recommend the right fit for evolving product needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
** Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte.) without being dependent on a single stack.
** Proficiency with industry-standard abstraction layers for state management, data handling, and component composition.
** Hands-on experience with TanStack Query (or similar) for managing server state.
** Ability to make long-term architectural decisions and balance trade-offs.
** Proven record of delivering projects on time with high-quality output.
** Experience collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders
** Strong team development skills.
** Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (including preprocessors).
** Strong understanding of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly practices.
** Familiarity with API integration (REST and GraphQL) and version control (Git).
Preferred Qualifications:
** Experience with multiple rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, CSR, hybrid).
** Familiarity with popular component libraries and design systems.
** Exposure to backend or full-stack development.
** Agile development experience.
