We are an online casino startup delivering a dynamic gaming experience with a wide selection of casino games and sports betting options. We are seeking a talented and results-driven CRM Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Player Engagement & Retention:

** Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-game messaging) to engage players and drive retention.
** Develop personalized player journeys using segmentation, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle stages.
** Optimize promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs to maximize player lifetime value (LTV).

Campaign Planning & Execution:

** Plan and manage the CRM calendar in line with product launches, seasonal events, and marketing objectives.
** Ensure all CRM campaigns are delivered on time, with accurate targeting and clear calls to action.
** Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity in communications.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

** Analyze player behavior, campaign performance, and retention metrics to continuously improve CRM strategies.
** Conduct A/B tests on messaging, offers, and campaign flows to identify the most effective approaches.
** Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management.

Compliance & Responsible Gaming:

** Ensure all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations, including responsible gambling guidelines, GDPR, and local market requirements.
** Collaborate with compliance teams to align promotions and communication with licensing conditions.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:

** Partner with acquisition, VIP, and product teams to deliver a seamless player experience across all touchpoints.
** Liaise with customer support to gather feedback and address player needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

** Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably in iGaming or online entertainment.
** Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and campaign automation tools.
** Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
** Creative mindset with strong copywriting and communication skills.
** Understanding of online casino and sports betting products, promotions, and bonus structures.
** Familiarity with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
