We are hiring a full-time Lawyer (Based in Tbilisi, Georgia) to join our legal team. This is a demanding and fast-paced position offering real responsibility from day one, with a strong focus on finding practical legal solutions for international clients.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with a completed legal education from a recognized European university (minimum 4 years of study). This is a mandatory requirement for the role. The right candidate will be energetic, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing legal environment. You must be confident in client communication and relationship management, while maintaining the integrity and focus to handle serious legal work independently.
This position requires maturity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. You should be someone who takes ownership of tasks, delivers on deadlines, and is willing to adjust your schedule when urgent matters arise — including occasional assignments or travel abroad.
Salary: 4000 GEL/month
Requirements:
** Master of Laws - fully completed at a recognised European university (preferably 4 years of legal education)
** Fluent in Georgian and English (spoken and written); Russian is a strong advantage
** Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative
** High personal and professional standards
** Strong legal writing and communication skills
** Readiness to fully adapt to international standards (internal training provided)
** Flexible mindset and genuine commitment to client needs
** Prior experience in private legal practice or international client work is an advantage
Your responsibilities will include:
** Drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and legal opinions
** Advising and assisting international private and business clients on legal matters in Georgia and abroad
** Managing communication with authorities, institutions, and counterparties
** Taking full ownership of client files and driving them forward independently
** Delivering legal work that is accurate, timely, and well-communicated
