World Vision Georgia Request for Quotations for assignment: Production of animated video clip
World Vision is a humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
WV Georgia intends to procure video clip production service. Subject of material is World Vision Georgia`s Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) policy and practices. The video clip will be in the format of a video training, in Georgian language with English subtitles, and will be published on the organization`s website.
A technically acceptable company or individual with relevant experience and qualification, offering the most competitive price will be selected for the assignment.
Interested companies and individuals should send their Expression of Interests to Geoo_tender@wvi.org or rati_gvelesiani@wvi.org to receive access to the full package of documentation. The request e-mail should contain (i) the name of the company, (ii) name, e-mail and phone number of the contact person. Please indicate the title of selection - "Production of animated video clip" in the subject line of the e-mail. The deadline for expressing the interest is August 25, 2025 11:00 am.

The document submission and selection will be done through the electronic procurement system of the World Vision (Provision/Coupa). Deadline for submission of documentation is August 26, 2025, 18:00 (Local Time). Submissions after the deadline will not be considered.
