JSC Insurance Company Aldagi is announcing the vacancy on the position of IT Business Analyst.
The core responsibility of this position is to provide business analysis and leadership to the projects that aim to either develop or integrate software or hardware in the company.
Location: Anna Politkovskaia Street #16
Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities are as follows, but not necessary limited to:
** Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
** Ensure business requirements and alignment between the company needs and software functionality;
** Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern;
** Act as a liaison between the company and external partners, business stakeholders as needed;
** Presenting ideas and findings in meetings;
** Keep track of deliverables, risks, budget forecast and costs;
** Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technician;
Main requirements:
** Bachelor or master degree in business administration, computer science or other related disciplines;
** At least 1years of experience in business analysis;
** Hands-on experience in software implementation projects;
** Requirements engineering;
** Knowledge of Scrum will be a plus;
** Excellent knowledge of both Georgian and English is required (written, oral);
** Efficient communication

** Problem solving
** Goal oriented
