Akumen Group is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of English-Speaking Sales Manager.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
The role involves strengthening relationships with clients and turning them into long-term partners, supporting the achievement of mutual business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
** Provide consultations to clients in English about the company`s products and services
** Develop and implement sales strategies
** Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
** Proven experience working in a call center
** Stable employment history
** Strong communication skills
** Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
** Results-oriented mindset
** Fluency in English at a minimum of C1 level
** Availability to start immediately
Working Hours & Conditions:
** On-site work (office-based), full-time
** Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 20:00 (5/2 schedule)
** Location: Tbilisi
** Fixed salary: $800 + bonuses
