We specialize in designing and delivering unique, bespoke projects across commercial and residential sectors worldwide.
We are currently seeking an experienced local Urban Planner for a full-time, on-site position based in Tbilisi.
Job Description:
** Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, architects, environmental specialists) and other professionals to ensure integrated planning;
** Adaptation of the project to the regulations defined by Georgian legislation and submission for obtaining the necessary permits; Support regulatory alignment with local planning legislation and international best practices;
** Prepare visual and textual materials, including maps, diagrams, and presentations, to communicate planning concepts effectively;
** Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field;
** 5-10 years of experience in urban or regional planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects;
** Experience in international development or working in cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams;
** Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS/QGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp);
** Strong knowledge of sustainable urban development principles, land use policy, and urban mobility;
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
** Familiarity with international planning standards (e.g., UN-Habitat, World Bank, EU frameworks) is preferred.
