Location: Georgia (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Service Contract
Salary: €5 per hour (approx. €40 per day / €800 per month)

Job Description:

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide top-tier support to our customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries via email, chat, and social media while utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and response accuracy. You will also play a key role in monitoring and improving our AI chatbot, ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

** Respond to customer inquiries in German via email, chat, and social media.
** Monitor AI chatbot interactions and ensure accurate and relevant responses.
** Analyze customer feedback to improve AI-driven support and enhance the customer experience.
** Troubleshoot order issues, returns, and product inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
** Collaborate with the team to optimize customer service processes and automate solutions.

Requirements:

** Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
** Experience in customer support will be a plus in an e-commerce environment.
** Familiarity with AI chatbots and support automation tools is a plus.
** Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
** Tech-savvy and proactive approach to customer service.
** Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve AI-driven support.
