Responsibilities:
** Legal support of the company`s business activities
** Assistance to the chief lawyer in the preparation of documentation. Execution of orders from the chief lawyer.
** Preparation of documents for signing. Preparation of copies of documents and information on request.
** Contractual work. Analysis of incoming contracts, verification of the trustworthiness of counterparties, maintaining a register of contracts.
** Working with contracts with customers. Verification of offers submitted by Buyers according to the specified evaluation criteria.
** Working with documentation. Sending documents to addressees, receiving documents from addressees, analyzing and preparing responses.
** Maintaining internal legal databases and document templates
** Assistance to the chief accountant and HR in legal matters
Requirements:
** Clear focus on achieving the set goals, responsibility for the result.
** Higher legal education (Georgia or internationally recognized).
** High communication skills, logical thinking.
** Broad-minded, analytical skills.
** Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point).
** Knowledge of legal systems such as Consultant+, Guarantor or analogues in Georgia.
** Initiative and self-organization.
** Benevolence, attention to detail.
** The ability to prepare documents independently.
** Knowledge of Georgian law (civil, labor, economic, international law).
** Skills in working with international contracts and foreign economic activity (Incoterms, currency control, sanctions, customs legislation).
** Understanding the main differences between the legal systems of the Russian Federation and Georgia.
** The ability to independently prepare drafts of contracts and legal letters.
** Skills of legal analysis and preparation of recommendations to the head.
** Willingness to work in multitasking mode.
** Competent written and oral Georgian and Russian; knowledge of English is a plus
Conditions:
** Official employment
** Salary - fixed salary (GEL 2, 700 per hand) + quarterly KPI up to GEL 900.
** The probation period is 6 months.
