Responsibilities:
** Conducting procurement procedures: procurement execution (PO), request and analysis of commercial proposals (RFQ)
** Organization and support of logistics in Georgia
** Monitoring and control of warehouse balances in ERP
** Establishment of specifications for orders in ERP
** Document management for procurement and logistics in ERP and other accounting systems (Google Workspace, Bitrix24, etc.)
** Logistical support of offices
Requirements:
** At least 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
** Higher technical or economic education (cf. score >4).
** Knowledge of ERP at the user level, knowledge of document management.
** English is at least Upper-Intermediate (IELTS B2).
** Georgian is required
** Proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, trust, efficiency.
** Ability to work according to business processes and standards.
** An adequate PC user
Conditions:
** Registration according to the Georgian Customs Code.
** Place of work - production site on the territory of Free Industrial Zone 264 Omar Khizanishvili Street, Tbilisi, corporate bus
** Salary: $1300 ("on hand") + quarterly KPIs.
** Paid vacation: 24 working days.

** Schedule: 10:00-19:00 (irregular working day).
