Responsibilities:
1.1. To carry out supervision of installation and commissioning of technological equipment at enterprises producing carbonated drinks all over the world
1.2. Carry out supervision of installation of both technological equipment as a whole and individual components and assemblies: pipelines, pumps, shut-off and control valves, pneumatics
1.3. Diagnose and fix malfunctions in the operation of our own production equipment
1.4. To train the client`s staff to work with the equipment
1.5. To advise clients on the operation of the equipment, to carry out troubleshooting
1.6. Development of automated process control systems, including those with complex PID controllers
1.7. Modernization of automated process control systems, including tag search and NDT
1.8. Programming of Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley controllers
1.9. Design of automation systems in Eplan/AutoCAD (VSH, SVP, KJ)
1.10. Development of SCADA systems
1.11. Development of control panel interfaces based on Weintek panels
1.12. Testing and testing of complex technical solutions
1.13. Development of design, technical and working documentation, including operation manuals/passports
1.14. Provision of technical support to clients and troubleshooting
Requirements:
** Experience in programming Siemens S7 controllers for at least 5 years
** Excellent knowledge of IEC61131-3 programming languages
** At least 3 years of experience as an equipment adjuster/service engineer or instrumentation and control engineer
** General knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics, circuit engineering, understanding of automation systems
** The ability to read drawings and diagrams
** As a plus: experience in setting up food equipment
** Higher specialized or technical education
** Willingness to learn quickly on their own and at the expense of the company
** The ability to clearly express your thoughts on paper in passports and operating manuals, to argue your point of view in writing
** High level of technical literacy
** A systematic approach, a high level of self-discipline and a desire for order, a willingness to work independently on business processes under the guidance of an experienced specialist
** As a plus: the availability of certificates of training/attestation
** As a plus: developed teamwork skills
** Readiness for business trips around the world for up to 35-45 calendar days, followed by a proportional rest period of 15-20 calendar days.
** Knowledge of English at least B2/C1 level.

** Salary - a fixed salary of GEL 5, 000 per hand + project KPIs
