About the Company:

EKK Industrial Sales and Marketing Managemet is an international procurement services company working with thousands of industrial clients globally. We`re now launching a next-generation AI-driven marketing system focused on the full customer lifecycle — from first contact to retention and repeat sales. We`re looking for someone who can combine marketing strategy, sales logic, and AI prompt engineering into one powerful system.

Key Responsibilities:

** Develop and execute a strategy for reactivation, retention, and repeat sales from our existing client base
** Create and iterate on ChatGPT prompts that help: - Personalize email outreach - Write follow-up messages - Rebuild CRM conversations and threads - Segment customers by behavior, company type, activity
** Define customer lifecycle segments (inactive, active, churned, repeat buyers)
** Build complete outreach sequences: email → call → follow-up → proposal
** Generate marketing copy and sales narratives using AI tools
** Analyze interaction history (emails, purchases, calls) and generate AI-based outreach logic
** Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversions)
** Maintain a prompt library for the sales team and train them on prompt usage
** Work closely with the sales and development teams (CRM, email automation, scraping tools)

Requirements:

Core skills and experience:

** 3+ years in marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle roles
** Hands-on experience writing ChatGPT prompts or using AI tools in practice
** Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, B2B sales logic, and segmentation
** Strong copywriting and automation experience (email, CRM workflows)
** Excellent written English
** Data-driven mindset, able to test hypotheses and scale what works

Nice to have:

** Background in B2B / industrial / procurement sectors
** Familiarity with Python, SQL, or integration with e-mail APIs
