Financial Chain Corporation is a leading global outsourcing company providing accounting, human resource, employer of record, consulting and legal services. We are providing outsource services to a number of companies in Georgia as well as in 15 countries of the world.
Currently FCC is looking for full-time Digital Marketing Executive providing the business support for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc. - The world`s leading international tobacco company. The position will be based in PMG Tbilisi office.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
** Manage multidimensional Digital projects making sure that Marketing and Digital solutions go "hand in hand, " in a seamless way, to ensure that the right commercial digitalized solutions are deployed and supported for the market
** Clearly define project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for team members, external consultants and internal key stakeholders
** Evaluate and deliver the most cutting-edge tech solutions and showcase subject matter expertise in commercial projects with digital components
Required qualifications:
** Higher education (university degree in marketing, management or IT is a plus)
** 1-2 years of proven Digital experience (Digital Agency/Start-up/FMCG companies)
** Proficient in Digital Marketing and Content Marketing (Omni channel content delivery strategy & execution, SMM etc.)
** Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
** Solid understanding of Technical SEO and SEO best practices
** Practical experience of working with (as well as configuring of) different CMS and CRM solutions
** Practical experience in and basic knowledge of HTML and Python will be an advantage
** Experience in leading the process of creating small landing pages and lead generation forms
** Application development & deployment experience complemented by good understanding of cloud-based solutions architecture principles (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure etc.) will be an advantage
** Demonstrable experience in managing various online marketing activities: earned & paid campaign, CRM communication management
** Knowledge and practical experience in bot development for instant messaging apps
** Understanding of API solutions and their integration
** Strong analytical, customer focus and planning skills
** Experience in budget management and financial planning
** Ability to manage in an environment of complexity with diverse stakeholders
** Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills, with focus on translating business requirements to actionable steps
** Proficiency in agile methodology and project management
** Fluent English and Georgian
