ASVLA is the fastest-growing online casino in Georgia.
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of our growth. The CEO will be responsible for overall business performance and will be expected to drive strategy, build operational excellence, and foster a strong internal culture that reflects and reinforces the ASVLA brand.
The Role
The CEO will oversee the company`s full operations, with active leadership across all departments. This is a hands-on role requiring both high-level decision-making and close attention to operational detail.
Key Responsibilities:
** Define and deliver the company`s commercial and strategic goals
** Lead and optimise performance across all departments
** Build internal systems and workflows to support sustainable, scalable growth
** Strengthen company culture and ensure brand values are embedded internally and experienced by our customers
** Act as the public face of the business, representing ASVLA to partners, regulators, and other stakeholders
** Report directly to the board and lead ongoing alignment with shareholder objectives
Candidate Profile:
** A minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles within the online casino sector.
** Strong cross-functional expertise in Operations, Marketing, and Finance
** Data driven and detail-oriented, with a willingness to be hands-on
** Experience in lean, entrepreneurial environments, such as crypto or grey markets, is preferred.
** Must be willing to relocate to Tbilisi, Georgia
