Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Cliganic is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tbilisi. In this vital role, you`ll manage the movement of goods across our global supply chain — from suppliers to warehouses and platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.

What You`ll Do:
** Track and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports and FBA transfers
** Communicate daily with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries
** Monitor inventory levels and proactively address shortages or delays
** Maintain accurate shipping documentation and logistics records
** Collaborate with customer service and QA to resolve delivery issues
** Contribute to improving logistics processes and generate relevant reports
What We`re Looking For:
** 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (preferably in e-commerce)
** Excellent written and spoken English
** Strong organizational and communication skills
** Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with inventory/logistics systems a plus
** Ability to work independently and across global teams with a strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have:
** Experience with Amazon FBA and international shipping/customs
** Familiarity with startup or fast-growing work environments
