The representative office of the German company Famaga Group OHG (famaga.com) - EKK Industrial Sales and Marketing Management LLC is looking for employees for the position of Afersales Manager for industrial equipment components.
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Aftersales Manager to join our international customer success team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, have strong communication skills, and ideally hold a background or certification in accounting or finance. You will be the key point of contact for our clients after the sale is made, helping with onboarding, support, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Placement & Tracking:
** Enter and monitor customer orders in internal systems (CRM, ERP).
** Coordinate delivery timelines and fulfillment terms with Procurement, Planning, and Supply departments.
** Track order status across all stages — from placement to final shipment.
** Generate regular reports on order progress and identify risks or delays.
** Collaborate with Procurement to resolve discrepancies in timelines or order volumes.
2. Logistics Coordination:
** Align shipping plans with internal logistics, planners, and warehouse teams.
** Verify shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
** Monitor cargo movement and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
** Support resolution of logistics-related incidents (customs, transportation, warehousing).
3. Internal Collaboration:
** Coordinate regularly with Sales, Procurement, Planning, Warehouse Management, and Accounting.
** Collect and process required data from various departments for smooth aftersales operation.
** Identify cross-departmental errors (e.g., incorrect order data, outdated delivery terms, or undocumented shipment conditions).
** Document all identified issues and escalate them to the department manager in a timely manner.
4. Control & Reporting:
** Prepare regular performance reports: order fulfillment, logistics KPIs, returns, and claims.
** Ensure transparent tracking of orders and shipments in the internal systems.
** Participate in internal audits and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving order accuracy and execution.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
** Experience with CRM systems
** Experience in Accounting 1-3 years
** Familiarity with international invoicing and documentation
** English and Russian languages
