Aramex Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Freight Operations Executive .
Duties:
** Review Quotation to determine details required (documentation etc.)
** Manage logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.
** Coordinate and oversee shipping processes, ensuring on time and accurate updates.
** Manage shipping documentation, including customs compliance for international shipments.
** Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, vendors and internal teams to optimize shipping operations.
** Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics for shipping activities and registering it in internal system.
Qualification requirements:
** Knowledge of English language at B2 level;
** Knowledge of computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
** Experience working in a transport company is desirable.

** Communicability, organization;
** High sense of responsibility;
** Ability to work both independently and in a group;
** Analytical and logical thinking ability;
** Ability to manage problematic situations.
Working schedule: full time (from 10:00AM to 18:00PM)

Salary range 1500 - 2000 Net (GEL)
