Nestlé, the world`s largest food and beverage company, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CDT Coordinator Caucasus (CDT - Commercial Development Team) to join our team in Georgia. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Nestlé in the Caucasus region through the efficient coordination of commercial development tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
** Organization and Control: Manage production, logistics, and storage of trade equipment at both regional and central warehouses, including POPM (Point of Purchase Materials) and informational materials; distribution of new products (preparation process and target achievement); merchandizing standards.
** Budget Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and reflect PFME and TTS budgets across all sales channels and product categories (POPM and e-commerce budgets).
** Promotional Materials Planning: Forecast required promotional materials, coordinate orders for their production, and oversee their distribution along with trade equipment.
** Quality Monitoring and Optimization: Collect feedback on the quality of promotional activities and trade equipment, propose improvements, and contribute to the development of new tools and recommendations for sales acceleration across all sales channels.
** Business Insights: Ensure clear understanding of retail development by channel and category within the market.
** Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively participate in and monitor quality of the commercial planning process (new launches, monthly sales planning cycle, integrated commercial plans).
Required Qualifications:
** University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
** Proven experience in trade marketing, logistics, or commercial coordination
** Strong analytical and planning skills
** Budget management experience is a plus
** Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
** Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English
