MQS LLC Georgia Branch is kindly requesting announcing a vacancy for the position of Cost Controller.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-time
Main responsibilities:
** Develop, review, and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecasts based on management request.
** Monitor, analyze, and report on the company`s operating costs and expenditure.
** Coordinate costs and expenditures, and identify and implement cost-saving measures.
** Coordinate and control financial analysis and project evaluation to provide relevant information for management decision-making.
** Calculate quotations cost submitted to clients.
** Perform actual cost calculation of ongoing projects for post-analysis and project performance evaluation.
** Translate financial reports, forecasts, and project cost analyses into Russian when required for internal or management use.
Required Qualifications:
** Experience in cost control;
** Knowledge of MS Programs;
** Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills;
** Time management and ability to work under pressure;
** Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory).
