Role Description:
To meet and greet guests as they arrive at the cart staging area. To ensure carts are properly prepared and presented as guest arrive to the staging area. To ensure there are sufficient carts available at the staging area for guest use and to return used carts to the cart store for cleaning and charging.
General Requirements:
** Transfer carts to the staging area for golfers to use ensuring there are sufficient for the day`s business.
** Transfer used carts to the cart store, clean and parked properly and ensures the battery is put on charge.
** Ensure there are no personal items belonging to golfers left in the carts before leaving the staging area.
** Report any maintenance or repair issues to the mechanic.
** Support the Mechanic in conducting cart performance assessments or performing maintenance and repair issues if required.
** Monitor inventory levels ensuring there are sufficient items available to ensure carts are presented and to the required standard.
Required Skills:
** Foreign Languages: Fluent English & Additional language skills is a Preference.
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player and Well Organized.
** Related work experience and knowledge.
** International Experience (is a preference).
