Role Description:
To develop and implement effective strategies for golf and membership sales, including promotions and campaigns in collaboration with the hotel sales & marketing team
General Requirements:
** Develop innovative and effective strategies and campaigns relevant to the business to increase revenue.
** Work closely with the hotel sales team and key Tour Operators to effectively market and promote golf and hotel packages.
** Manage digital communications including the website, social media platforms and member communication.
** Create and produce membership and marketing collaterals.
** Conduct tours of the golf club to prospective new members and clients.
** Ensure that any events or promotions are well promoted to the membership and encourage participation.
** To attend various golf, hospitality or lifestyle related meetings.
** Monitor and analyze membership trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
** Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and financial records for memberships.
** Provide regular reports to the Director of Golf on membership sales and marketing activities, including performance metrics and future plans.
Required Skills:
** Foreign Languages: Fluent English & Additional language skills is a Preference.
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player and Well Organized.
** Related work experience and knowledge.
** International Experience (is a preference).
