We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to help expand the Bolt Food brand and services throughout Georgia.

About the role:
As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you`ll play a vital role in enhancing Bolt`s brand awareness and driving customer engagement. Monthly gross salary: 1, 945 GEL + biannual performance-based bonuses
Probation period: 6 months
Your daily adventures will include:
** Engaging in creative projects to increase brand awareness
** Collaborating with external partners, agencies, or local influencers
** Managing loyalty initiatives, including Bolt Plus subscriptions
** Working on application home-screen and category optimization
** Setting up and analyzing demand campaigns for customers
** Planning campaigns for special holidays and occasions
About you:
** You are enthusiastic about diverse marketing tasks
** You are comfortable with a data-driven, iterative problem-solving approach
** You are fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian
** You can switch between hands-on tasks and project coordination
** Basic knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is an advantage
** Basic knowledge of Figma is also a plus
