We are currently looking for a responsible and creative Marketing Coordinator who will contribute to our dynamic and fast-growing team through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Job Responsibilities:
** Participate in Planning and implement marketing campaigns and promotions (offline, online, and E-commerce offers, events, and other marketing activities) aimed at increasing traffic and conversion.
Specifically: Execute relevant promotion mechanics aligned with company and brand objectives. Implement offer mechanics and technical solutions within relevant systems, primarily using 1C. Monitor and analyze campaign and promotion performance on an ongoing basis using key metrics and create comprehensive reports
** Organize and execute offline events and activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Specifically: Coordinate in-store and outdoor events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Develop and implement customer activation tools such as product demonstrations and interactive experiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of activations.
** Conduct offline traffic flow analysis and develop a comprehensive plan to increase footfall and achieve KPI targets
** Coordinate brand promo plans in line with brand guidelines and company strategy
** Coordinate and support the company`s Loyalty project - TI`MECLUB, including communication strategy and benefit management
** Manage relationships with external vendors, print houses and agencies to ensure quality and timeliness in the execution of marketing projects
** Control marketing budgets related to specific projects, campaigns, and events, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI
** Submit all relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner
Required Qualifications:
** Higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
** Experience in marketing, events. Experience in retail, beauty or fashion field is a strong advantage
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
Skills:
** Strong time management skills
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English
** Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
** Strong communication skills: organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
** High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
** Ability to multitask, flexibility and a proactive approach in a fast-paced work environment
Working condition:
** Full-time, office-based: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (early Friday: until 6:00 PM).
** Location: City Tower, Vazha-Pshavela Ave #70, premium business center.
** Net salary during probation (3 months): 2, 400 GEL
** Net salary after probation: 2, 600 GEL
** Quarterly bonus system based on KPIs
