General Requirements:
** Supports the Executive Chef in daily Restaurant Adila operations and menu development
** Ensures high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
** Supervises and trains kitchen staff; provides ongoing coaching and feedback
** Leads by example during service and maintains team morale
** Develops and implements standard recipes and procedures
** Monitors inventory and controls food costs efficiently
** Has in-depth knowledge of Georgian and international cuisine
** Communicates with guests and follows up on feedback
Skills:
** Foreign Languages: English.
** Related work experience in an International high-volume resort environment, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
** A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests.
