Position: Sales Executive - Fluent English Speaking
Location: Remote - Company located in Oakville, Canada

Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company revenue goals.
** Connect with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, online meetings, etc.).
** Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities within target markets.
** Build, foster, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
** Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to close deals and maximize profitability.
** Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients` needs.
** Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth.
** Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
** Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
** Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and value propositions.
** Stay informed about competitors` activities and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
** This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Qualifications:
** A Master in any of Accounting/Finance/Banking or Business Administration fields will be a plus. Any Education in Northern America or European Union will be an advantage.
** Any work experience in Northern America or the European Union will be an advantage.
** Fluent English. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (T0EFL or IELTS certificate will be an advantage.
Skills:
** Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
** Must be advanced in navigating Microsoft 365 including OneDrive and Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word & Outlook), Adobe Acrobat DC.
** Sales and Negotiation Skills.
** Customer Service Skills.
** Networking Ability: Building connections with real estate agents, brokers, and financial professionals.
** Problem-Solving Skills: Advising clients on the best options tailored to their needs.
** Relationship Building: Developing long-term client relationships.

** This position will be performed from the comfort of your home. Please note that working hours will be in Canada`s time zone. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5 PM (Eastern time), from Monday to Friday. An access to fast speed internet and a fast-working computer is required.
