We are looking for a Junior Process Designer to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will use user-friendly platforms to create workflows that automate and improve business processes. You don`t need to have a lot of IT experience, but you should be curious and willing to learn.
We welcome applicants with any BA or BSC degree, especially in fields related to business, management, or finance. We are looking for young, smart, and motivated people who are eager to learn and grow. We will provide you with training and support to help you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities:
** Create workflows that improve business processes.
** Work with different teams to understand their needs and requirements.
** Make sure the workflows are user-friendly, and adaptable to changes.
** Look for ways to optimize and enhance the processes and workflows.
** Test and document the workflows and processes.

Requirements:
** An interest in technology and automation.
** BA or BSC degree
** Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

** Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Minimum salary: NET 1500 GEL/month
