We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of F&B Manager

Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full-time.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

** Supervises the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales, and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
** Controls and analyses, on an ongoing basis, to optimize the following: Quality levels of product and service, Guest satisfaction, Operating costs, Sanitation and cleanliness (hygiene).
** Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
** Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
** With the guidance of HR, conducts such functions as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance appraisal, and coaching.
** Develops and implements formal training plans for Food and Beverage Department personnel.
** Supervises and coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists by taking into consideration such factors as: local requirements, market needs, competition, trends, recipes, potential costs, availability of Food and Beverage products.
** Conducts weekly Food and Beverage meetings.
** Implements a daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for all Food and Beverage departments. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency.
** Prepares the Food and Beverage Department budget.
** Keeps aware of trends, systems, practices, and equipment in Food and Beverage preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field.

Requirements:

** Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role
** Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop staff
** Proficient in cost control and financial planning
** High level of communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment and guest satisfaction
** Knowledge of the English language
