As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world`s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we`re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for promoting Bioderma`s medical and scientific expertise to dermatologists, doctor cosmetologists, pediatricians and allergologists. You will also play an active role in delivering product training, conducting scientific discussions, and supporting medical education initiatives under the guidance of the Medical & Training Manager.
This role does not include pharmacy visits. Instead, it focuses solely on building strong relationships with HCPs and increasing the prescription rate of Bioderma products.
Key Responsibilities:
** Conduct regular visits to dermatologists, doctor cosmetologists, pediatricians and allergologists to promote Bioderma products and provide evidence-based medical information.
** Support scientific communication by presenting clinical data, product mechanisms, and treatment protocols in a clear and credible way
** Participate in and support medical events and congresses.
** Deliver training sessions and presentations to HCPs, ensuring deep understanding of product benefits and correct usage
** Collaborate with the Medical & Training Manager to execute visit plans, educational strategies, and key territory objectives
** Maintain and update records, visit notes, and feedback
** Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and potential prescribers
** Monitor competitor activity in the field and report market insights regularly
Requirements:
** University degree in pharmacy, medicine, dermatology, or other relevant health sciences
** Previous field experience in medical sales, ideally in dermatology or pediatric.
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex scientific information clearly
** Fluency in English (written and spoken)
