Deine Aufgaben:
Als unser Supply Chain Manager bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle, die unsere gesamte Lieferkette steuert, überwacht und kontinuierlich verbessert.
** Strategische Bestands- & Bedarfsplanung: Du analysierst Daten und erstellst präzise Forecasts, um unsere Lagerbestände zu optimieren und Lieferengpässe zu vermeiden.
** Lieferantenmanagement & Beschaffung: Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferanten (vorwiegend in Asien), führst Bestellungen durch, überwachst die Produktion und verhandelst die besten Konditionen.
** End-to-End Logistiksteuerung: Du koordinierst die gesamte Transportkette von der See- bis zur Luftfracht und stellst eine reibungslose Import- und Zollabwicklung sicher.
** Prozessoptimierung & Schnittstellenmanagement: Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Supply-Chain-Prozesse, arbeitest eng mit Logistikpartnern zusammen und bist Key-User für unser ERP-System (JTL).
** Warehouse- & Distributionsmanagement: Du managst unsere externen Lager und steuerst die Warenverteilung bis zur reibungslosen Anlieferung an unsere Fulfillment-Center (z.B. Amazon FBA).
Deine Qualifikation:
** Erfahrung: Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Einkauf oder in der Logistik mit, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld.
** Know-how: Der Umgang mit einem ERP-System (JTL ist ein Plus) und Excel ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du kennst dich mit Beschaffungsprozessen und internationaler Logistik (Import/Zoll) aus.
** Arbeitsweise: Dich zeichnen eine proaktive, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus.
** Sprachen: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
** Ausstattung: Du verfügst über eine eigene, geeignete Arbeitsumgebung mit einem ruhigen Arbeitsplatz und einer schnellen, stabilen Internetverbindung.

** Anstellung: Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (mind. 20 Std./Woche) in einem langfristigen Arbeitsverhältnis.

Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) - Part-time / Full-time, Remote & Long-term

Then you`ve come to the right place! We are Alphatrail: a small, dynamic startup based in Regensburg that develops and globally markets exclusive bike components and accessories. To ensure our products reach our customers reliably and on time, we are looking for an analytical and highly organized talent for our Supply Chain Management team.
Your Responsibilities:
** As our Supply Chain Manager, you`ll be the central interface that controls, monitors, and continuously improves our entire supply chain.
** Strategic Inventory & Demand Planning: You`ll analyze data and create precise forecasts to optimize our inventory levels and prevent supply bottlenecks.
** Supplier Management & Procurement: You`ll manage collaborations with our suppliers (primarily in Asia), place orders, monitor production, and negotiate the best terms.
** End-to-End Logistics Control: You`ll coordinate the entire transport chain, from sea to air freight, ensuring smooth import and customs clearance.
** Process Optimization & Interface Management: You`ll continuously optimize our supply chain processes, work closely with logistics partners, and be the key user for our ERP system (JTL).
** Warehouse & Distribution Management: You`ll manage our external warehouses and control goods distribution for seamless delivery to our fulfillment centers (e.g., Amazon FBA).
Your Qualifications:
** Experience: You bring relevant professional experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or logistics, ideally in an international environment.
** Know-how: You`re proficient with ERP systems (JTL is a plus) and Excel. You`re familiar with procurement processes and international logistics (import/customs).
** Working Style: You are characterized by a proactive, analytical, and self-reliant working style, as well as strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
** Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
** Equipment: You have your own suitable work environment with a quiet workspace and a fast, stable internet connection.
