Hotel Zorba & Bond is looking for a dedicated and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. If you are responsible, motivated, and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
** Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
** Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
** Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
** Managing phone calls and emails efficiently
** Handling payments and billing procedures
** Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
** Mandatory: Proficiency in English
** Russian language will be an asset
** Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
** Strong communication and organizational skills
** A team player with a customer-oriented mindset
** Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Working Conditions:
** Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break); some shifts may be from 18:00 to 03:00
** Salary: 1000 GEL net + bonuses based on performance
** Friendly and professional work environment
