Casino International at Hilton Batumi is opening a vacancy on the position of HR Manager.
Job Summary: The HR manager is in charge of overseeing all human resources aspects within an organization. Manages recruitment and onboarding, oversees performance management, handles employee relations, ensures the compliance with employment law and the proper implementation of company polices, maintains a positive workplace culture.
Manager`s Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
** The HR Manager is a link between the Management and the employees of CIB;
** Promotes equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
** Effectively analyzes, investigates, resolves and recommends action for improvements and resolution;
** Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements;
** Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Minimizes risk;
** Coordinates staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
** Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits;
** Prepares employees for assignments;
** Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
** Performs difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures;
** Provides information and assistance to staff and supervisors on human resource and work-related issues.
** Monitors staff performance and attendance activities.
** Maintaining records and management guidelines by preparing, updating policies and procedures;
** Protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
** Respects the directives and gives regular feedback to the Management of the CIB with regard to his/her responsibilities;
Personal Skills & Attributes:
** Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to effectively support both employees and management;
** A keen eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility;
** The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of audiences and settings;
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience required for this Position:
** Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or any Social Science discipline;
** Experience in personnel administration activities;
** Basic knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations;
** Understanding of payroll practices;
** Excellent abilities in both verbal and written communication;
** English & Russian usage;
** Highly computer literate with capability in E-mail, MS Office, and related business and communication tools;
