What We Expect from the Candidate:
** 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in real estate, investments, or development)
** Skills in strategic planning and building partner funnels
** Ability to build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, investment funds
** Leadership skills; experience in team management is a plus
** Confident CRM and analytics user
** Fluent in English and Russian and/or Georgian (required); other languages are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy
** Expand into new markets and sales channels (agencies, corporate clients, investors)
** Create partnership programs, commercial proposals, and presentations
** Develop and support key client relationships
** Set up funnels, track and analyze key performance indicators
** Conduct negotiations with decision-makers
** Participate in exhibitions and B2B events
** Build and grow a team in the future
