We are a Georgia-based outsourcing company that provides virtual support services to locksmith businesses in the United States. We are currently looking to hire a Dispatcher to join our growing team.
Position Details:
Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: On-site (Saburtalo, Tbilisi)
Work Schedule: Full-time (shift-based; details provided during interview)
Shifts Available:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Note: Team members must be available to work at least two night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) per week
Compensation: $3.50 - $5.50 per hour (net, after tax), depending on experience
Responsibilities:
** Dispatch locksmiths to job sites in the U.S.
** Monitor and manage job statuses using dispatch software
** Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications:
** Prior dispatch or call center experience is a plus, but not required
** Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
** Basic computer and multitasking skills
** Reliability and punctuality
