The educational university Bau International University, Batumi LLC announces a vacancy for the position of Library Specialist.

The content of the work is as follows:
** Accounting and inventory of the library fund;
** Technical processing, cataloging and systematization of library documents;
** Arrangement of library resources according to the appropriate classification;
** Ensuring the use of library resources in accordance with the rules for using the library;
** Compiling a list of library resources to be written off and submitting it to the head of the library;
** Creating and updating electronic catalogs and reference equipment;
** Preparing and distributing information materials about library resources at the university;
** Planning and implementing events and various activities to enhance the reading culture;
** Participating in researching the interests of students and staff and preparing statistics on the activities carried out by the library;
** Carrying out the instructions and tasks of the head of the library within the scope of competence;
** Implementation of other functions that fall within the competence of the library based on the purpose of its activities.
The main qualifications and requirements are:
** Higher education: preferably in the direction of healthcare/medicine/natural sciences;
** Work experience: in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
** Proficiency in English: not less than B2 level;
** Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office.
Place of work: Batumi (Fridon Khalvashi St. N237)
Working hours: full-time (if necessary, Saturdays as well)
Number of Vacant positions: One
Trial period: 6 months
Remuneration: 1000 GEL without tax obligations.
