About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, confident, and dedicated individuals to join us as a Social Media and Media Partnership Specialist in the Tbilisi office.
Future Bridge Events is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media and Media Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and managing media partnerships to promote our events. Your primary focus will be to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract attendees through various social media channels and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
** Develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan for Future Bridge Events, aligning with the company`s goals and objectives.
** Manage and monitor social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
** Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
** Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase event visibility and engagement.
** Monitor social media trends and stay updated with the latest industry developments to optimize strategies.
Media Partnership Development:
** Identify and establish partnerships with media organizations, associations, and industry leaders to promote Future Bridge Conferences.
** Collaborate with the copywriter to create engaging content for media partners, including press releases, articles, and promotional materials.
** Negotiate and manage media partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and effective promotion of events.
** Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and influencers to leverage their networks and maximize event reach.
Event Promotion:
** Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into overall event marketing campaigns.
** Collaborate with the copywriter to create event-specific content, including posts, articles, and blog entries.
** Utilize social media platforms to generate buzz, drive registrations, and increase attendee engagement.
** Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
** Proven experience in social media management and executing successful social media campaigns.
** Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
** Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
** Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
** Experience in developing and managing media partnerships.
** Strong organizational and time management skills.
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
** Bachelor`s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
