Our team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for Freight Forwarding Manager!
Salary: 2400 GEL netto + sales bonuses
Main tasks:
** Active search of new customers and carriers.
** Building a database of potential customers and maintaining good business relationships with existing clients and carriers.
** Negotiating commercial and operational conditions with clients.
** Control of loading and unloading of goods.
** Coordination of prices, conditions, services.
** Work with exchanges.
** Work in the corporate ERP system.

** You have experience in transport logistics in the CIS market.
** Management and leadership skills.
** Strong analytical and planning skills.
** Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions under pressure.
** High-level communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
** Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office.
** Stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details, willing to work for results.
