We are a leading American freight and logistics company expanding our operations and seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Dispatchers. About the Role
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient movement of freight shipments across the U.S. market. You will serve as the critical communication link between drivers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
** Assign and schedule freight loads to drivers based on availability, location, and priority.
** Monitor shipment progress and communicate proactively to resolve delays or issues.
** Maintain clear and constant communication with drivers, clients, and warehouse teams.
** Use logistics software and internal systems to track shipments and update records accurately.
** Prepare and manage shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
** Collaborate with operations to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
** Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected changes, providing timely solutions.
** Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities and performance metrics.
** Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory)
** Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching is a plus but not required.
** Familiarity with freight management software or CRM systems.
** Knowledge of U.S. freight regulations and compliance standards.
What You Can Expect
** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 02:00 (Night Shift)
Compensation:
** Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
** Average monthly income ranging from 2, 500 to 7, 000+ GEL depending on performance
Training & Development:
** 1-month paid internship at 50% of full salary
** Full-time employment upon successful completion
