We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and facilitate the seamless shipping of cars for customers.

About the company:

Peace Global Logistics started its operation of Shipping vehicles from the USA to Middle Eastern countries in 2017. As a family-owned business, the company`s voice has been one and the same. Having the vision of providing the best customer service and to be the leading auto export company in the USA, PGL soon afterward launched its first version of PGL System Cargo and its mobile app for customers to be able to check the status of their vehicles and shipments. PGL then promised to offer nearly 24/7 customer service around the clock to customers.

With quick successes in acquiring large market shares in the United Arab Emirates, PGL expanded and opened its second branch in Houston, TX, in 2021. Remaining committed to our mission of providing the best customer service, PGL continuously worked to better its PGL System Cargo and implement feedback received to load vehicles more safely into containers with triple protection of foam, chain, and straps.

Having received great market response, PGL expanded its business by opening new branches in Salalah and Muscat. And PGL grew its presence in the US by operating from Los Angeles, Jacksonville, and Chicago.

About the job:

The Customer Relations & Office Coordinator is the primary point of contact between our Tbilisi branch and its customers. You will manage customer outreach and relationship-building, oversee vehicle title logistics from the USA, support in-house marketing campaigns, and ensure the day-to-day efficiency of office operations. Your proactive engagement, polished communication skills, and knack for organization will help grow our local customer base while keeping internal processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach & Lead Generation:

** Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-up emails/messages to prospective clients.
** Qualify leads and schedule consultations or showroom visits.
** Maintain detailed records of outreach activities in the CRM.
Marketing Support
** Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels for social media, WhatsApp broadcasts, and email marketing.
** Assist in designing basic graphics (e.g., Canva) and drafting Georgian/English post captions.
** Coordinate local advertising partnerships and event sponsorships.
Customer Relationship Management
** Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal departments (sales, logistics, support).
** Track open customer tickets and ensure timely resolution.
** Gather feedback and relay recurring pain points to management for continuous improvement.
Title & Documentation Management
** Receive, log, and safeguard vehicle titles arriving from the USA.
** Verify document accuracy and liaise with customs, shipping agents, and customers for seamless hand-offs.
** Maintain a secure, auditable filing system (physical & digital).
Administrative Support
** Draft letters, translate simple documents between English and Georgian, and update internal spreadsheets.
** Assist with basic HR tasks (onboarding paperwork, annual leave tracker).
Office Operations
** Oversee front-desk reception, visitor management, mail/courier coordination, and inventory checks (stationery, supplies).
** Prepare weekly office status reports, petty-cash logs, and vendor invoices for approval.
** Coordinate travel bookings and meeting logistics for the local team.
Other Duties
** Any other task assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

** Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the car shipping industry; additional experience in Relationship management and Marketing is an advantage.
** Language Skills: Fluent in Georgian and English; working knowledge of the Russian language is a plus.
