Avlabari City is pleased to announce an opening for the position of F&B Service Manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
** Managing F&B departments daily operations;
** Maintaining hotel service and quality standards;
** Defining and controlling department staff work schedule ant there work performance;
** Monitoring inventory and controlling restaurant and bar supplies;
** Controlling costs;
** Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
** Providing high quality customer service;
** Active communication with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, Kitchen and Front office departments to better operate the hotel and ensure customer satisfaction;
** Conduct Accor standards/procedures and other required training as required;
** Perform other administrative tasks and implement changes to ensure smooth operation of the Receiving.
Requirements and skills:
** Previous experience of minimum 2 year;
** Good knowledge of English and Georgian languages. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
** knowledge of Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite;
** Excellent organizational skills and flexibility;
** Attention to the details and exceptional organizational skills;
** Strong team player and positive attitude;
** Essential to be flexible with working hours.
