We`re looking for the Junior CRM Specialist for Fortunejack team to help us reach the next level.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior CRM Specialist to support our customer relationship management (CRM) activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent Excel skills and a strong interest in data-driven marketing and customer engagement. You will assist in campaign execution, database management, and performance reporting to help improve customer retention and satisfaction.

** Working hours: 11:00 AM to 19:00 PM in Office
Key Responsibilities:
** Assist in setting up and executing CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, etc.)
** Segment and manage customer databases using CRM tools and Excel
** Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards in Excel
** Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly summaries
** Support the CRM team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
** Collaborate with marketing, design, and support teams to optimize user engagement
Requirements:
** Strong Excel skills
** Basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
** Analytical mindset with attention to detail
** Good communication and organizational skills
** Fluent in English (written and verbal)
