We are TBS Business Support, a dedicated partner in helping companies reach their goals through tailored business solutions. We`re currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketer on behalf of a client in the digital privacy and technology sector.
Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketer who thrives on strategy, data, and results. In this role, you`ll lead and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns, support broader digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to the brand`s growth. You`ll collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, track performance, and refine digital strategy based on analytics and insights.
Location: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
** Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and X.com (Twitter) Ads
** Execute A/B tests and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and other KPIs
** Manage and grow the company`s Google AdSense account
** Contribute to and support broader digital marketing projects as needed
** Assist with SEO strategy and implementation using industry-standard tools
** Research and test emerging platforms, tools, and tactics for growth
** Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting creatives
** Provide detailed reporting using GA4, Hotjar, and advertising platform dashboards
Qualifications:
** 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
** Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and X.com (Twitter) Ads
** Experience with SEO tools and practices
** Familiarity with Google AdSense and web monetization best practices
** Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
** Excellent organizational and time-management skills
** Fluency in English (all internal communication is in English)
** Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
