Join Our Team as a Junior Cryptocurrency Trader in Tbilisi
Our independent proprietary trading firm in Tbilisi, is seeking a Junior Trader to become a member of our team. The company is utilizing its own capital, trading strategies (mainly dollar-neutral strategies), and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to top crypto exchanges.
Responsibilities:
** Market Insight: Identify and seize promising opportunities within the cryptocurrency market, whether working independently or as part of our collaborative team.
** Real-Time Precision: Manage and execute trades in real-time using our semi-automated trading system.
** Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze real-time trades, monitor market trends, news, and developments to make informed decisions.
** Trade Execution: Execute well-informed trades across various cryptocurrency exchanges, contributing to our trading success.
** Portfolio Management: Ensure effective management of trading accounts, including portfolio balancing and risk assessment.
** Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication and collaboration with the internal team to align with the company`s objectives and trading goals.
** Learning and Mentorship: Collaborate closely with experienced Senior Traders to gain insights and expertise.
** Thrive in a fast-paced trading setting, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Requirements:
** Exhibit strong analytical, quantitative, and mathematical skills.
** Coding skills are a significant plus.
** Background in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is desirable.
** Show an aptitude for making data-driven decisions, even in high-pressure trading environments.
** Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
** Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for financial markets, finance, and trading.
** Possess a fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and trading platforms is plus.
