World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Georgia is inviting prospective bidders to submit a proposal in response to the Request for Proposals titled Power BI License and SQL Server Procurement for Enhanced Data Management and Data-driven Decisions (Bid Ref. 2025/EURO/GEO/0001).
Intention to Bid - by 27 June 2025, 18:00 (GMT+4): Interested bidders are requested to confirm their intention to participate by submitting the following completed and signed forms via email to eurowhogeo@who.int:
Annex 1 - Acknowledgement form
Annex 2 - Confidentiality Undertaking form
Annex 6 - Self-Declaration form
Submission of Questions - by 30 June, 2025: Any queries must be submitted using Annex 7 - Questions from Bidders template and sent to eurowhogeo@who.int, indicating the subject line: Bid Ref. 2025/EURO/GEO/0001.
Proposal Submission - by 11 July 2025, 18:00 (GMT+4): Complete proposals should be submitted electronically to eurowhogeo@who.int and must include the following documents, completed and duly signed:
Executive Summary and Technical Proposal (including methodology and proposed solution)
Appendix 1 - Financial Proposal
Annex 3 - Proposal Completeness Form
Annex 4 - Information from Bidder
Annex 5 - Acceptance Form
Evaluation Process: Proposals will be evaluated and the vendor selected in accordance with the criteria and procedures outlined in the RFP documentation.
