Due to expansion of Smart Marine Concept Ltd in Georgia region by opening new branch office in Batumi we looking for following candidates for permanent work: Crewing Officer.
Job Description:
** Location: Batumi, Georgia
** Working time: 5 days work week, 09.00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
** Weekends or public holidays - based on crew change requirements remote work acceptable.
** Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Bonus system.
Responsibilities
** Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
** Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and demobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
** Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).
** Assist on all crew issues.
** Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
** Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
** Preparation of crews payroll.
** Any other duties as instructed by the Branch Manager / Crewing Manager.
Requirements
** Language: English, Georgian, Russian (optional).
** Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
** Experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.
** Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
** Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
** Able to work fast under pressure.
** Ability to multi-task and work independently.
