Glamping Tago is pleased to announce an opening for the position of B2B Sales Manager.

Location: Remote work (with occasional visits to Glamping Tago, Adjara, Georgia)
Salary: 1, 500 GEL base salary + performance bonuses based on meetings arranged and deals closed (expected total earnings significantly higher than base salary)
The bonus structure is designed so that successful salespeople earn significantly more than the base salary

Who Are We Looking For?

We`re looking for someone to help us develop our B2B business. We receive significant interest from companies wanting to organize retreats, team building events, and corporate getaways, but we need someone dedicated to developing these relationships and arranging meetings with me (Jonas) to close the deals.

This is a remote position, so you`ll need to be self-motivated and skilled at building relationships through phone and email communication. Your main focus will be identifying potential B2B clients, conducting outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings. Once you`ve generated interest and arranged a meeting, I`ll handle the sales presentations and deal closing.

Our compensation structure reflects the nature of this role—you`ll receive a base salary, but the majority of your earnings will come from performance bonuses tied to successful meetings arranged and deals closed. We`ve designed it this way to reward results and motivation.

About Glamping Tago

Glamping Tago is located in the Adjaran mountains, about 3 hours from Batumi. We`ve been running for 5 years and focus on what we call "social glamping"—creating an atmosphere where guests connect with each other and with nature. We host individual travelers, but we`re particularly good at group events like yoga retreats, corporate team building, and small weddings.

Our setup includes luxury tents with mountain views, a vegetarian restaurant, daily yoga sessions, and various activities. We operate seasonally from March to November. You can check out our website at https://glampingtago.ge/ to get a better sense of what we offer.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Client Research:

** Research companies and organizations that might be interested in corporate retreats or team building events
** Look for retreat organizers, event planners, and corporate HR departments
** Build lists of potential clients and their contact information
** Keep track of who you`ve contacted and when

Outreach and Relationship Building:

** Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn
** Present what we offer and why Glamping Tago works well for their needs
** Handle initial questions and provide information about our facilities
** Build relationships with people who might refer business to us

Meeting Coordination:

** Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and myself
** Prepare briefing materials for meetings so I know what the client needs
** Follow up with prospects after meetings to keep the conversation going
** Coordinate with our operations team when site visits are needed

Partnership Development:

** Connect with retreat booking platforms and event management companies
** Build relationships with local and international partners who can refer business
** Research new markets and opportunities for group bookings

Requirements

** Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (hospitality or tourism experience is advantageous but not required)
** Fluent English (additional languages such as Georgian or Russian are beneficial)
** Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
** Strong relationship-building skills via phone and email communication
** Understanding of corporate events and retreats, or willingness to learn quickly
** Reliable internet connection and proficiency with technology
