Efes Georgia is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position:
Position: Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) Supervisor
Job Location: Tbilisi
Main Responsibilities:
** Lead pricing as an end-to-end process, from strategic decision-making process to actual price setting techniques.
** Conduct competitive pricing and portfolio mix analysis to ensure the financial business objectives as well as specific customer and market targets are met.
** Create hypotheses for profit improvement opportunities, validate with data and key insights to develop revenue growth projects.
** Utilize competitive pricing analysis, pricing principles, and risk management techniques to develop short and long-term business proposals and price strategies for each brand, pack channel and region of market.
** Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance and S&OP) to maximize profitability through pricing and mix led revenue growth opportunities.
** Conduct periodic pricing committee with business heads and facilitating tactical price change decisions in a timely manner.
** Build sustainable and market driven PRGM Culture through the organization.
Knowledge & Qualification:
** Bachelor`s degree in management direction, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other related fields (MBA is a plus),
** Experience in commercial finance, pricing, business development roles (FMCG / banking background is preferable),
** Problem solving ability and highly analytical thinking,
** Advance knowledge of MS Excel,
** Experience of working with big data, Power BI skills,
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
